2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers in the United Kingdom through our online shop.

3. Products

We make every effort to describe and display products accurately.

Colours and details may vary slightly depending on your device.

We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders & Contract

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase.

A contract is formed only once payment is received and you receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in justified cases (e.g. suspected fraud, incorrect information).

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£).

Prices include all applicable charges (Tinysprout is not subject to VAT in Germany).

A flat shipping fee of £2.95 applies to each order.

Payments are processed securely upon order placement.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship exclusively to the United Kingdom (UK).

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery delays caused by couriers or external factors are outside our responsibility.

Risk passes to the customer once goods are handed over to the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Customers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in good condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

In such cases, customers may exercise their right of withdrawal upon receipt of the goods.

9. Liability

We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers or external events beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed solely for fulfilling orders, handling payments, and arranging shipments.

Data may be shared with service providers (e.g. payment processors, shipping companies).

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany, while respecting applicable UK consumer rights.

12. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
